This is a varied and engaging role where you’ll act as the welcoming face of the company while managing important administrative tasks. Full training will be provided for specialised systems, though a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office packages is required.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting clients and customers with professionalism and warmth
Answering phones and taking accurate messages
Collating and processing weekly timesheets for 25 staff members
Maintaining spreadsheets for delivery data
Tracking and managing staff holidays and absences
Organising job sheets and quotations
Raising jobs for customers accurately
Filing and organising documents
Providing general administrative support to the team
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
An upbeat personality and a proactive approach to tasks
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Confidence using office software and a willingness to learn new systems
A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
