I am assisting a Northallerton based client recruit for a full-time Office Administrator to join their dynamic, family-owned business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to HR, Health and Safety, and other departments
· Welcome and assist all visitors into the office
· Manage the ordering of stationery and office supplies
· Ad-hoc duties as required
About you:
· Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in administration
· Excellent communicator, both on the phone and in written correspondence
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility for start and finish times.
