Audio typing of letters, emails, reports, and other key documents
Attending meetings, taking and distributing minutes
Managing emails and diaries for internal and external meetings
Creating professional PowerPoint presentations
Handling invoicing using Sage Coretime (training provided)
Managing general office tasks, including facilities and stationery ordering
Answering calls, handling queries, and managing messages
Maintaining electronic filing systems and supporting archiving processes
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)
Audio-typing skills and attention to detail
Professional and approachable telephone manner
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
A problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise tasks
A strong standard of written English and communication skills
