Are you an experienced Administrator with an interest in finance, if so this may be the role for you!
We are currently working with a well established client within the professional services industry, who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team.
Some of the duties include:
Provide specialist administrative support to professional staff within the office
Assist and set up meeting/conference rooms
Communicate with relevant agencies to arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues
Manage office area and looks after visitors
deal with all incoming communication effectively via phone/email
Oversee the entry, maintenance, and integrity of administrative data in the organisation's databases
Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies
Collating expenses for approval and involved within the billing cycles
Manage banking daily and input on Sage Accounts
Ensure that all financial transactions are processed and inputted onto Sage Accounts accurately and on time.
