What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping financial records up-to-date, including managing sales and purchase ledgers
Preparing reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis
Handling online customer purchasing portals and corporate card payments
Balancing the sales ledger each week and resolving payment queries efficiently
Setting up and managing customer accounts in line with company policies
Ensuring invoices and accounts are accurate, complete, and properly documented
Ideally, we are looking for:
Proven experience in an accounts or admin role is essential
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
