As an Accounts Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Manager across all aspects of account administration. This is a newly created position, and you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial processes.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Credit Control
Invoicing
Managing Supplier Statements
Debt Management
Handling Supplier Credit Applications
Updating Documents and Systems as Required
Ensuring All Documentation is Accurate and Matches the System
