Part Time Office Manager (18854)
We are currently working on behalf of a fantastic client based in central Harrogate looking to add an Office Manager on a part time basis.
Due to growth the client is in need of someone organised, hardworking and professional to join their small but busy team assisting them with all aspects of Administration.
- Answering phone calls and transferring them
- Researching on the database
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Ordering stationary
- Providing Administrative support to team members
- Updating social media
- Arranging and taking team meetings
- Assistant with IT support
- General administration
This role is a fantastic opportunity looking for long term stability and a good working environment. You must have experience as a Senior Administrator or Office Management role. The role will be 20/25hrs a week Monday – Friday every morning.
