I am assisting a specialist business operating in the prestige motor sector, who are seeking an honest, reliable, and motivated individual to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a small-medium business within the motor sector.

Duties include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Front of house reception work
  • Creating sales invoices
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Face to face customer enquires
  • Processing deliveries and documentation
  • Booking MOTs
  • Dealing with warranty claims
  • Filling and general administrative duties

Personal Specification:

  • Recent experience of working in the motor trade environment is desirable
  • Experienced in managing customers both face to face as well as via the telephone
  • Good Organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Must be friendly and approachable with a clear telephone voice
  • Well presented
