A Chartered Accountancy practice in York is looking to recruit a trainee accountant to join their growing business.
They are a forward thinking practice, offering flexible working (core hours of 10-4pm), a good work/life balance, hands on training and study support. You will have the opportunity to study for the AAT qualifications
Duties
Bookkeeping on Xero
Rental accounts preparation
Payroll work
Working alongside the accounting team
Requirements
Experience of working in an accountancy practice would be highly desirable
Experience of working in a busy office environment.
Accurate IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively and diplomatically with a range of clients, colleagues and secure information.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a professional and courteous service.
