An established manufacturer of premium bespoke joinery is seeking an experienced Spray Finisher / Paint Sprayer to join its workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, prime, sand, denib and spray bespoke joinery products.
Apply water-based and polyurethane (PU) finishes to MDF, hardwood, veneers, shaker doors and cabinetry.
Mix colours, maintain finish consistency and inspect completed work.
Maintain spray equipment and booth cleanliness.
Work to production deadlines while ensuring exceptional quality.
Requirements:
Experience spray finishing bespoke joinery.
Skilled with water-based paint systems and surface preparation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
Desirable:
Experience with Renner, Sayerlack, ICA or similar systems.
Polishing and remedial finishing skills.
Forklift licence (advantageous).
