I am working with a small, family-run business who are looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant to join their welcoming and supportive work environment.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for sales and customer service. Although the role includes some sales elements, they are very light and encompass a variety of tasks, including customer interaction, phone inquiries, and product advice. Full training will be provided for all aspects of the role to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing and organising customer accounts
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth
Experience and Skills Required:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
