This is a great opportunity to join an established company who are based on the outskirts of Thirsk. Due to the client’s location, your own transport is essential as there is no public transport to their site.

My client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy Depot. You will provide a courteous and efficient reception service always ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for R2C, service scheduling, MOT bookings in line with manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations.

You will work closely with the workshop and parts departments on routine and ad hoc issues.

It is key that you have the following:

  • Experience of a service industry dealing with customers via various methods
  • Experience of working with databases
  • Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
  • Experience of working with multiple teams
  • Driving licence is desirable

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.30 pm (1/2 an hour unpaid lunch)

Plus alternate Saturdays 7:00 am – 2.00 pm
