To be successful in the role, you will have customer service and administration experience. You will be required to respond to written correspondence so a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming external & internal calls
- Responding to external & internal emails
- Planning workload
- Creating job sheets
- Processing timesheets and inputting data
- Ordering materials directly from suppliers
- Creating repair estimates
- Uploading engineers report sheets to our systems
- Uploading photographs of defects to support repair estimates
- Creating purchase orders
- Inputting warranty claims
