Key Responsibilities:
Deliver innovative and high-quality product concepts for both clients and internal projects.
Lead and oversee NPD projects from initial idea through to market launch.
Develop exciting frozen confectionery products in line with customer requirements and internal standards.
Manage retail accounts and branded product development projects.
Translate client briefs into practical development solutions, including costings, trials, and kitchen work.
Review and approve development artwork.
Liaise closely with the NPD project manager, sales team, and production departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Food Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Extensive hands-on experience in food product development, preferably in the food or drink manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of taking products from concept through to launch.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Strong customer-facing and liaison skills, able to manage relationships and expectations effectively.
Self-motivated, with a can-do, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project management.
