Are you an experienced Secretary/Business Administrator looking for a unique PA opportunity?
This new role will provide secretarial and administrative support to one of our client's key departments based in Colburn, Catterick:
Reporting into the Director, your responsibilities will include:
Typing of letters, emails, reports, tenders, presentations etc.
Photocopying and printing
Diary management
Answering the telephone, dealing with queries, redirecting calls as necessary and taking messages
Greeting visitors
Upkeep of client and management filing
Opening and distribution of incoming post; delivering outgoing post to local post office/franked mail post-box.
Organisation of internal and external events
Invoicing
Undertaking monthly office fire safety checks
Any other duties, as required, to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Person specification:
Fast, accurate typist - audio typing skills preferred
Good general knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word, Excel
Excellent standard of written English language
Good telephone manner; well, spoken
Well, presented, confident and poised, with warm and welcoming manner
Ability to prioritise busy workload
Good organisation skills
Good attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Key information:
Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
