Part Time Sales Ledger & Analytical Administrator, £28,000, Ripon

Are you a whizz on Excel? Do you enjoy manipulating data using Pivot Tables and V Look ups? Do you have sales ledger experience?

This role would be ideal for someone with intermediate excel skills who is able to manipulate the data to general invoices. Accounts experience isn’t essential providing you have an interest in pursuing an accounts role.

Our Ripon based client are looking to appoint someone who can manipulate excel data to analyse the number of products they are supplying to their customer projects in order to raise accurate and timely sales invoices.

Key Duties:

• Extracting Information from excel spreadsheets.

• Analysing data

• Raising invoices

• Allocating cash against invoices

• Process bank receipts to the relevant ledger

• Monitor sales ledger debts and applications

• Credit Control

• Weekly application summary reconciliation

• Assisting with payroll

Skills Required

• Advanced Excel including pivot tables and vlookups, strong analytical skills

• Sales ledger/Credit control experience advantegeous

• Experience within the construction industrial would be beneficial

• Attention to details

• Self-motivated
