We are working on behalf of a client who is looking to recruit a Part time Receptionist/Administrator.

This role will suit someone with an exceptional telephone manner able to deal with people at all levels and a competent Administrator.


  • Answering the phones and responding to emails
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Booking out meeting rooms
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are set up ready
  • Take large payments with accuracy
  • Enter data accurately into excel
  • Taking messages and passing them onto the relevant people
  • Distributing post
  • Manning reception
  • Key holder

The ideal candidate would be best in a slow paced environment, putting customer service first at all times. The role will be Wednesday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and due to the key holder duties MUST live within 5 miles of Harrogate.
