We are working on behalf of a client who is looking to recruit a Part time Receptionist/Administrator.
This role will suit someone with an exceptional telephone manner able to deal with people at all levels and a competent Administrator.
- Answering the phones and responding to emails
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Booking out meeting rooms
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are set up ready
- Take large payments with accuracy
- Enter data accurately into excel
- Taking messages and passing them onto the relevant people
- Distributing post
- Manning reception
- Key holder
The ideal candidate would be best in a slow paced environment, putting customer service first at all times. The role will be Wednesday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and due to the key holder duties MUST live within 5 miles of Harrogate.
