​Payroll Administrator – Part-Time (3 days/week) | Northallerton

Xeinadin, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, and become a key part of our payroll team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payrolls for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Process full payroll cycles, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and payment reports

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for compliance and audits

  • Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional service and support

  • Prepare month-end payroll journals and reports for financial reporting

  • Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation, company policies, and Pension Auto Enrolment

  • Manage multiple clients effectively and meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Payroll administration experience, ideally within an accountancy practice

  • Knowledge of HMRC legislation and Pension Auto Enrolment

  • Experience with payroll software; BrightPay experience is a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills

  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
