​My client is looking for a Finance Administrator who is able to complete sales ledger, purchase ledger and sales office tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:

•Placing orders for products with suppliers, including chasing deliveries and organising the required payments. This will involve the purchase of USD & EUR and accounting for this in Sage (using contra accounts)

•Booking customer orders and issuing invoices using Sage online – including setting up new customers, performing credit checks and chasing payment of overdue invoices

•Creating shipping documents for outbound deliveries

•Completing quarterly VAT reports/submissions

•Updating CRM database with customer purchases

•Bank reconciliation

•Reconciling and processing all company credit cards and other expenses

•Being the key contact with regards to order and invoice processing, dealing with queries in a timely and professional manner

•Assisting in answering incoming phone calls

•Cover for other activities as required due to peak workload or absence

•Other ad-hoc sales office admin duties as required by management

Desirable qualities:

•Minimum of 2 years previous experience of Sage online

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel

•Strong communication skills

•Excellent attention to detail

•Ability to work independently as part of a team

Job Details:

•3.5 days to 4 Days a week, office based. Some flexibility on hours (the office is open 9-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9-12.30 on Fridays)

•£22,000-£26,000 Full Time Equivalent- depending on experience
