A growing company based in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking an experienced Part-Time Credit Controller to join their dynamic finance team. Part of a larger group, this company operates independently with four depots across the UK. The finance team, based in Stockton, manages all financial operations for the business.
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing high-volume accounts, dealing with approximately 300-400 customers, and handling invoices with multiple items. You will also support the wider finance team, which includes the Head of Finance, an Accounts Payable Administrator, and an Invoicing Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee high-volume accounts
Handle invoicing with numerous items and reconcile discrepancies
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial operations
Support other finance team members as needed
Essential Skills:
Strong Excel skills and good spreadsheet knowledge
Proven experience in Credit Control

Flexible working hours, ideally around 3 days per week
(£26,000 to £28,000FTE) with room for negotiation based on experience
