We are currently working on behalf of a well-established business based in Ripon, looking for an Administrator to cover a Maternity Leave contract for 3-6 months – possibly longer!
They are looking for a hard-working, dynamic team member to assist with their back office functions. You must have a great phone manner and be organised to succeed in this role.
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking messages and transferring calls
- Monitoring the company emails and responding to them efficiently
- Creating documents to send to clients
- Saving and filing delivery notes
- Raising invoices
- Inputting invoices onto the system
- Working closely with the director
Experience using sage is preferred but not essential. The role is 4 days a week and is paying £10ph!
