Description

This highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants based in York is looking to recruit an Outsourcing Assistant Manager to help provide a full spectrum of outsourced accounts services and solutions to various clients across the North including Sage 50 accounts work, Cloud Accounting (Xero and Quickbooks Online), Management Information, VAT returns and bookkeeping.

Although the role is based in York, The work is carried out either remotely (using software such as Receipt Bank and Xero or Quickbooks Online) or sometimes at the clients’ sites depending on their requirements. Where attendance at clients' sites are required, this will be across Yorkshire, COVID restrictions permitting.

The successful applicant will be  ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent, with experience of using Sage 50, preparing management accounts, prepayments and accruals, VAT returns. As well as strong Excel skills, experience of using Receipt Bank, Xero and/or QuickBooks Online knowledge would be an advantage, but full training can be provided.

This is a varied role with a successful Practice at affords short term challenge and variety as well as long term opportunity to progress.
