Description

We are recruiting for a premium ecommerce business based in Wetherby looking for an Operations Manager.

This is a senior role in charge of the overall day to day running of a successful business, providing exceptional customer service at all times. This is a varied role where you will need to have experience coving all aspects such as sales, profit, customer service, purchasing, marketing, staff management and health & safety.

Key skills

  • Managing day to day operations of the business
  • Increasing sales and profit across the board introducing initiatives to increase new customer accounts
  • Driving and maintaining the E-commerce
  • Ensuring a smooth service in every department
  • Managing and motivating managers and team members
  • Recruitment and training
  • Customer service coming up with new creative ways to add value
  • Introduce and build a stock management system and processes
  • Updating and renewing company policies
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is a priority

You will need to be proven experience of a B2B and B2C success. Exceptional communication skills and a positive leadership style.

This is a full time, permanent role, Monday – Friday with a fantastic salary of £40,000 with a performance based bonus!
