We are supporting our client in recruiting an Administrator to support a thriving department within it's Catterick based head office.
Key duties:
Assisting the Director in producing marketing material, including entering the details on the agency CRM system, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and compliance
Liaising with the marketing department to ensure quality of printed material
Placing and booking advertising
Carrying out file audits and compliance checks
Taking telephone enquiries and despatching information on request
Liaising with clients, purchasers, solicitors, and accountants over the telephone and via email
Managing the Director’s diary, including making appointments
Typing of letters, emails, terms of business, reports, presentations, etc.
General reception duties
Person specification:
Accurate typist
Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent standard of written English language
Good telephone manner; well, spoken
Well, presented, confident and poised, with warm and welcoming manner
Ability to prioritise
Good organisation skills
Key information:
Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
