Our client located in Billingham is looking for a full-time administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
As the successful candidate, you will be a confident communicator, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems. You must be able to work on your own initiative with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. You must also have strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Key responsibilities:
Keep training records up to date, to include sourcing and booking courses
Maintain record of company and hire vehicles, ensuring MOT’s, RFL and insurance details are kept up to date
Answering telephone
Greeting visitors
Booking accommodation
Raising purchase and subcontractor orders
Typing estimates
General support for accounts team

Additional Information:
Salary £21,500 - to be reviewed after 6 month probationary period
36.5 hours - 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 3.45pm Friday. 30 minute lunch break
Full training will be given so no previous experience of bespoke software necessary
