​Our client located in Billingham is looking for a full-time administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

As the successful candidate, you will be a confident communicator, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems. You must be able to work on your own initiative with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. You must also have strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Keep training records up to date, to include sourcing and booking courses

  • Maintain record of company and hire vehicles, ensuring MOT’s, RFL and insurance details are kept up to date

  • Answering telephone

  • Greeting visitors

  • Booking accommodation

  • Raising purchase and subcontractor orders

  • Typing estimates

  • General support for accounts team

Additional Information:

  • Salary £21,500 - to be reviewed after 6 month probationary period

  • 36.5 hours - 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 3.45pm Friday. 30 minute lunch break

  • Full training will be given so no previous experience of bespoke software necessary
