We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a fantastic business based in Central Harrogate. The successful candidate will have communication skills and strong sales instincts and administrative skills , identifying additional opportunity in existing key national accounts.
- Lead meetings with other departments
- Liaising with Customer face to face, via phone and on email
- Working on a CRM system
- Maintaining the customer data as per GDPR
- Providing admin support to other teams
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers
- Attending regular meetings with directors 1-2-1
- Keeping the spread sheets up to date
- Processing and uploading orders
- Managing returned stock
- Managing customer products from selection to delivery
- Maintaining samples and new customer products.
