Merchant Sales Co-ordinator, Mosborough, Sheffield

An established merchants in Mosborough is recruiting for a sales co-ordinator, ideally you should have experience working in a similar position, ideally for a merchants, however they can also consider someone who wants to move from an administrative position to a sales co-ordinator position, training can be provided.


.Key responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly & yearly budget objectives, via increased sales & profit via merchant network
  • Support the External Sales team with the development of new merchant business
  • Liaise directly with customers and external sales team in order to quote, process orders & coordinate stock & delivery
  • Assist with any matters relating to stock management



  • Generate quotes and process orders received direct from merchant customers & national sales team
  • Following up on quotes generated and prompt response to incoming calls.
  • Check & query customer last price paid to ensure margin is maintained
  • Communicate and pass on all material increases in line with merchant price list
  • Assist with any stock requirements and the resolution of stock issues

  • Experience preferred  of working for another merchants



Monday to Friday, they can offer some flexibility with start/finish time

Hours: 8-4pm or 9-5pm
