Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Harrogate, Hybrid
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000, DOE

Responsibilities:
• Onboarding new clients including processing documents and requesting company information
• Keeping the database up to date with all client information
• Checking import and export documents to ensure the goods are compliant
• Taking client calls and arranging collections including booking hauliers
• Ensuring paperwork is present and correct for international shipments
• Updating the team on any updated/changes to deliveries and collections
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• IT skills including Microsoft programs and customer databases
