I am currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary on behalf of my client, a busy legal firm with several offices in the York area. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic candidate with some experience in the legal field, preferably within property, to join their Pickering team.
Key duties in the role:
Supporting fee earners in the team by providing administrative support
Producing/compiling accurate legal documentation
Completing daily filing tasks- both setting up new files and closing those which have been completed
Liasing with clients and handling any queries from third parties
Dictation tasks
Completing requested land registry and property searches
Mainly focusing on the property services within the firm but can also include some Private Client matters (Wills and Probate)
