Description

We have a well-established client that is looking for a Junior Administrator to join their growing team. The business is based in an idyllic office facility in Bramham and it's within the financial sector.

Responsibilities
• Managing the daily administration of client investments
• Preparing and submitting client application forms, plus monitoring the process
• Working with the Investment and Management team to produce daily excel reports
• Working on ad hoc projects, as required
• Answering the phone
• Handling queries from clients and third parties
• Managing the post, including scanning into the system
• Issuing reports and letters to clients
• Greeting clients arriving for meetings, making drinks as required
• Managing the office environment including ordering stationary and coordinating with contractors

Skills Needed
• Strong Numerically skills
• Detail oriented
• Attention to detail
• Experience of using Word and Excel
• Comfortable meeting and greeting wealthy clients

Salary and Benefits
• Salary up to £20,000, depending on experience
• Career progression is available
• Monday to Friday, no weekends
