​Are you an experienced Sales Representative seeking a new opportunity?

Join a dynamic business in Stockton-on-Tees and be the key point of contact for customers, offering technical advice, answering queries, and driving sales.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new sales leads and opportunities

  • Nurture existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service, addressing Enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in order to develop customer relationships

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to meet their requirements

  • Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients

  • Collaborate closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales activities, share market insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience, this may include meeting customers away from our office and the potential of overnight stay away

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using our CRM system

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Project Tracking activities and updating relevant information on CRM

Role Requirements:

  • University-level education or 3 years of sales experience

  • Commercial awareness

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work as part of a team
