We are looking for an organised, professional and proactive IFA Administrator to join our prestigious client based just outside the centre of Harrogate.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning
  • Filing & Copying
  • Document control
  • Assisting the team leader to ensure documents are sent efficiently
  • Receptionist duties
  • Gathering information
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Answering the phones and email correspondence

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience and become part of a professional work place.

Training will be provided, all they require is a positive attitude to work, dedication and hard work. This is a full time role. Although no experience is required, it is preferable. An interest in Financial Services is a must!
