Our client is currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting the ongoing development of our people strategy. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, skilled at building strong relationships with managers and employees across the business, and comfortable working both strategically and operationally.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Lead the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, reporting, and standard processes to support business needs.
· Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations
· Provide HR advice and guidance to managers across departments, particularly around employee relations and best practice.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, and contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
· Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives
· Manage the accuracy and integrity of personnel records and internal HR databases, ensuring all HR documentation such as contracts and letters is prepared and maintained in line with company standards and legal requirements.
· Produce and present regular reports on HR activity to support decision-making.
Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Advisor/Generalist role, with some experience at HR Manager level
Strong understanding of current employment law and HR best practice
Working towards or achieved CIPD Level 5
Confident in coaching and advising managers at all levels
Demonstrable experience in managing recruitment processes
Excellent communication and influencing skills
High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
Experience implementing HR strategy, communications, and engagement initiatives (desirable)
