Description

I am working with a client who is based on the outskirts of Northallerton as they are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

As the Human Resources Administrator, you will provide an effective and efficient administrative service to the HR team.

Responsibilities will include:
• First point of contact for all HR queries
• Focus on providing excellent customer service you will resolve queries in a timely manner
• Escalating to the appropriate HR colleague when required
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Provide administration support for a number of HR processes
• Managing the time and attendance records for all weekly paid staff on the HR system,
• Assist with recruitment and on boarding, processing contract changes and leavers

You will also be responsible for updating the HR system appropriately and testing updates and upgrades to the system in conjunction with IT.

To be successful in this position you will
• Be qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths
• Ideally studying towards CIPD qualification but this is not essential
• Be confident in the use of full range of Microsoft Office, particularly in using Excel with proven experience as an administrator.
