We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Leeming Bar for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude who’s looking to support a busy HR department in delivering a high-quality, people-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage recruitment admin: adverts, interviews, onboarding paperwork
· Support new starter inductions and review processes
· Input and maintain employee data on HR and time management systems
· Collect and process payroll-related information (sickness, holidays, etc.)
· Provide first-line advice to employees and line managers on HR policies
· Administer leaver processes and exit interviews
· Maintain accurate personnel records, both digital and paper-based
· Support with HR reports, audits, and compliance tasks
· Respond to HR-related queries and reference requests
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous HR admin experience or similar office-based role
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems
· Discreet, professional, and customer-focused approach
· Able to work well independently and as part of a team
