As Head of Customer Operations your accountabilities include all post-sales activities and processes.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving commercial processes and systems ensuring customers receive market leading customer service.


  • Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers to ensure retention and overall satisfaction
  • Develop and continuously improve internal commercial operations
  • Identifying and implementing improvements
  • Leading in the preparation of contracts, providing support to the sales team with negotiations
  • Ownership and management of sales and customer services team
  • Monitor and achieve targets

About you:

  • Proven track record working at a Customer Service Manager level
  • Experience of developing, implementing and continuous improvement of commercial processes
  • Leadership & coaching skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
