As Head of Customer Operations your accountabilities include all post-sales activities and processes.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving commercial processes and systems ensuring customers receive market leading customer service.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers to ensure retention and overall satisfaction
- Develop and continuously improve internal commercial operations
- Identifying and implementing improvements
- Leading in the preparation of contracts, providing support to the sales team with negotiations
- Ownership and management of sales and customer services team
- Monitor and achieve targets
- Proven track record working at a Customer Service Manager level
- Experience of developing, implementing and continuous improvement of commercial processes
- Leadership & coaching skills
