My Middlesbrough based client is seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile various accounts, including credit cards
Raise sales invoices
Record journals
Create reports and update internal Excel spreadsheets monthly
Count and reconcile petty cash each month
Create job cost reports
Carry out payment runs
Manage VAT returns
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
Utilise in-house systems - CIS Pegasus & Sage 200
Requirements:
Previous relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
AAT Level 3 qualification or higher
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and outstanding organisational abilities
