A growing organisation based in Redcar is looking to appoint a Finance Analyst to support its expanding finance function. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or finalist accountant, particularly those with practice experience, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and business-wide decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet and variances)
Weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis
Monitoring revenue, utilisation and costs against forecast and budget
Managing fixed assets, accruals and prepayments
Advanced Excel-based analysis and reporting
Supporting finance system and software implementations
Improving financial processes, reporting and forecasting accuracy
Skills & Experience
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
Practice background highly advantageous
Strong Excel and analytical capability
Confident communicator with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
