Are you an experienced Finance Assistant/Administrator who is eager to develop your career within a successful business?
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Administrator based within their Stockton offices. This role is to provide support to the Purchasing and Finance Team.
Teamwork, flexibility & the ability to work with, develop & understand new concepts & ideas is essential.
Main duties include:
- Maintaining sales and purchase ledger
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Supplier payment utilising Sage 50 & online BACS payment system
- Accruals & Prepayments
- Recording of financial information, receipts and payments processing credit card payments
- Banking of cheques and cash transactions inputting
- Purchase Invoices
- Maintain a variety of financial and other business records
- Chasing aged debtors
- Answering incoming telephone & email enquiries
Position: Full Time, Hours 37.5 hours per week
