Description

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant/Administrator who is eager to develop your career within a successful business?

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Administrator based within their Stockton offices. This role is to provide support to the Purchasing and Finance Team.

Teamwork, flexibility & the ability to work with, develop & understand new concepts & ideas is essential.

Main duties include:

  • Maintaining sales and purchase ledger
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Supplier payment utilising Sage 50 & online BACS payment system
  • Accruals & Prepayments
  • Recording of financial information, receipts and payments processing credit card payments
  • Banking of cheques and cash transactions inputting
  • Purchase Invoices
  • Maintain a variety of financial and other business records
  • Chasing aged debtors
  • Answering incoming telephone & email enquiries

Position: Full Time, Hours 37.5 hours per week

Salary: DOE
