Finance Administrator, Ripon
A well-established business in Ripon due to growth is recruiting for a finance administrator to join their friendly and supportive finance team. You will play a vital part in the smooth running of the day to day finance administration and transactions. The company can provide training and AAT study support (if required).
Main duties
Processing purchase ledger invoices
Assisting with daily cash posting
Sales Ledger Reconciliations
Reconciling supplier statements
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Managing account queries
Filing invoices and statements
Credit card reconciliations and administration
Credit control administration
Requirements
Previous finance or administration experience is beneficial
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong IT skills
Willingness to learn – training will be provided
