​Join a dynamic team at a well-established family-run business in Redcar as a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative.

As the Field Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in establishing and building strong client relationships across the North East, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential sectors and customers

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and trade/industry conferences

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and market trends

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and products tailored to meet customer needs

  • Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision makers

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer requests and feedback

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities

  • Stay in tune with industry and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to maintain a robust sales pipeline

  • Offer feedback and suggestions to the management team on product enhancements, pricing strategies, and market positioning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions

  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

  • Experience with CRM systems

Job details:

  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum plus BONUS

  • Car allowance

  • Permanent role, 37.5 hours/week
