As the Field Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in establishing and building strong client relationships across the North East, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential sectors and customers
Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and trade/industry conferences
Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and market trends
Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and products tailored to meet customer needs
Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision makers
Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer requests and feedback
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
Stay in tune with industry and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to maintain a robust sales pipeline
Offer feedback and suggestions to the management team on product enhancements, pricing strategies, and market positioning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven track record of successful sales experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Experience with CRM systems
Job details:
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum plus BONUS
