We’re working with a forward-thinking client who are looking for a commercially minded E-Commerce Executive to take ownership of their website; a crucial sales channel for the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, growth-focused company where your ideas and expertise will make a real impact.

You’ll be part of an ambitious, fast-paced team, driving online sales, improving the customer journey, and helping shape the future of their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the online sales funnel from traffic acquisition to checkout and retention, developing strategies to improve key metrics.

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the website, including UX, navigation, product pages, and checkout.

  • Oversee product listings, pricing updates, stock levels, and online merchandising.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and design teams to enhance site functionality and the overall customer experience.

  • Ensure SEO best practices are applied across product and category pages.

  • Provide insights on product performance and consumer behaviour to support new product discussions.

  • Assist with product photography and content creation for the website.

  • Keep the site up to date with seasonal promotions, offers, and campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify the customer journey and improve metrics like average order value (AOV) and conversion rate (CVR).

  • Work closely with marketing teams to drive qualified traffic through PPC, social media, email, and SEO initiatives.

  • Track and report on trading performance using analytics tools such as Shopify, GA4, and Tag Manager.

  • Liaise with warehouse, fulfilment, and buying teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking and reporting.

  • SEO or content writing experience, particularly producing optimised product descriptions.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to spot opportunities and solve problems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company that values innovation, embraces digital growth, and rewards proactive thinking. If you’re passionate about e-commerce, data-driven decision making, and delivering exceptional online customer experiences, this is the role for you.
