Do you have Customer Service and Training experience?

If you're looking for a change, you might be interested in a Customer Trainer & Support role. Based in Harrogate, you'll be working for an IT company supporting technology for healthcare companies.

What you'll be doing:
In this role, you'll be helping customers use your IT systems and help with technical questions. You'll do this by creating user guides and video guides, assisting with FAQ's, give demos to internal teams, how alongside marketing to help with content and with Account Managers to promote new services.

What you'll need:
• Communication skills
• Experience creating and delivering training content
• Excellent written and presenting skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confident and friendly manner
• Good IT skills

What you'll get in return:
