An excellent opportunity to join a leading business who are based in the Hawes Area as they are recruiting for a Customer Service advisor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties will include:
• Answering inbound telephone calls.
• Entering orders received by telephone, email, fax and post for both domestic and export customers.
• Answering product queries.
• Answering order chases.
• Completing export documentation.
• Processing customer returns.
• General administration tasks.
Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 5pm with an hour for lunch (37.5 hours per week)
