Credit Analyst & Support Administrator, £25,500, Wetherby

Our client is looking for someone to provide administrative support for the Credit & Accounts Payable Teams.
Skills Required
• Financial/Accounts experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excel to intermediate level
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and numeracy skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communicator
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling complex customer queries
• Controlling customer payment deductions
• Posting daily cash receipts
• Payment Allocations on cash accounts
• Obtaining and filing remittance advice & allocation paperwork
• Monthly analysis of customer deductions and query levels
• Support for weekly & month end reporting
• Fortnightly statement preparation
• Collating data for analysis
• Assisting with application preparation process
• Supporting the order to invoice process and investigating and resolving any issues.
