Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director

Vacancy:

• Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director for an award winning independent firm in Leeds
• Duties include; advising varied, interesting and high quality owner-managed businesses on all aspects of business taxation including acquisitions, demergers and disposals, alongside undertaking high-level reviews of complex corporation tax computations; experience of shares schemes, venture capital schemes and research and development tax credits would be useful.
• Very progressive policies around work like/life balance and remote/hybrid working as well as a generous and flexible benefits package
• Initial salary is expected to be in the region of £50,000 - £85,000 depending on the individual

Requirements:

• CTA/ACA/ACCA Qualified with current and relevant UK based experience in recognised firm
• Ambition, attitude and ability to make the role a success
