Corporate Finance Executive
An established and highly respected professional services firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join its growing Corporate Finance team. This role can be based in Leeds, Newcastle, or Carlisle and offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop a long-term career in corporate finance.
You will work on a wide range of transactions and advisory projects, gaining exposure to high-quality deal flow and working closely with experienced senior professionals.
The Role
As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will support Assistant Managers, Managers, and Partners across the Corporate Finance team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality client work.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the delivery of corporate finance projects in line with regulatory, compliance, and internal standards.
Working on a variety of transactions, including management buy-outs, disposals, acquisitions, private equity fundraising, debt fundraising, company valuations, and strategic advisory assignments.
Providing analytical and technical input into projects and assisting in the formulation of client advice.
Managing workstreams and contributing to the delivery of a first-class client service.
Supporting the wider business advisory offering and working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be newly qualified (ACA or ACCA) or have up to two years’ post-qualified experience.
Hold a relevant professional qualification in accounting or corporate finance.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Be highly motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
Have the confidence and ambition to build a career in corporate finance.
