​An excellent opportunity has arisen for a hard working Administrator or Assistant to join a busy property department based in Leyburn. This role offers the chance to work within a well established and reputable environment in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

 

You will support a conveyancing solicitor and carry out a broad range of administrative responsibilities, ensuring an efficient and professional service is delivered to clients and external stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities include

·         Providing clients with quotes

·         Preparing client care letters

·         Providing updates to clients, estate agents and mortgage advisers

·         Preparing and issuing draft contract documentation for freehold and leasehold transactions

·         Using the Land Registry portal to request documentation and submit applications

·         Updating systems on Lender Exchange and LMS

·         Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms

·         Uploading information for Help to Buy ISA processes

·         Managing post exchange and post completion work

·         Preparing files for completion

·         Handling registration of purchase transactions after completion

 

Key skills and attributes

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office, training provided on LEAP case management system

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to cope well under pressure

·         Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills

·         Exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities

·         Effective time management

·         Audio typing experience is desirable, although full training will be provided

 

Details

·         Location, Leyburn, North Yorkshire

·         Salary, negotiable depending on experience

·         Working hours, Monday to Friday 08.45 to 17.00 full time
