​Are you an Administrator with experience in the construction industry? Do you have a proven track record of dealing with Purchase Orders and Invoices?

We are working with a specialist in modern construction looking to expand their Support team with a Construction Administrator. You will be directly responsible for supporting the production manager with clerical duties.

Your duties will also include, but are not limited to:

  • General Housekeeping & Admin Support

  • Diary and calendar management

  • Coordinating and scheduling of meetings

  • Month End KPI reporting - liaising with other departments and collating information

  • Monthly Stock Reconciliation

  • Dealing with Purchase Orders

  • Data Entry

  • Creating material handling sheets

  • Invoicing

To be considered for the position you must hold some, if not all, of the following skills:

  • Experience of working in an ever changing, fast paced environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience

  • Manufacturing industry experience advantageous.

  • Must be analytical and excellent with numbers

  • Confident in using multiple systems/channels
