Are you an Administrator with experience in the construction industry? Do you have a proven track record of dealing with Purchase Orders and Invoices?
We are working with a specialist in modern construction looking to expand their Support team with a Construction Administrator. You will be directly responsible for supporting the production manager with clerical duties.
Your duties will also include, but are not limited to:
General Housekeeping & Admin Support
Diary and calendar management
Coordinating and scheduling of meetings
Month End KPI reporting - liaising with other departments and collating information
Monthly Stock Reconciliation
Dealing with Purchase Orders
Data Entry
Creating material handling sheets
Invoicing
To be considered for the position you must hold some, if not all, of the following skills:
Experience of working in an ever changing, fast paced environment
Strong Microsoft Office Experience
Manufacturing industry experience advantageous.
Must be analytical and excellent with numbers
Confident in using multiple systems/channels
