​Do you have commercial Property Experience?

I am seeking an experienced Secretary to join a dynamic team, which operates across the UK from their four regional offices. This role will be based in the clients York office.

You will be part of a team who provides a wide range of commercial property services on both a regional and national scale. With work spanning from handling large-scale, multi-party transactions to offering contractual advice to tenants and landlords. You will be part of a dedicated team of trusted advisors in a fast-paced and varied role, supporting legal advisors across a diverse portfolio of matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening files and conducting AML checks

  • Producing documents, bills, and completion statements

  • Handling correspondence

  • Preparing and submitting SDLT returns

  • Submitting Land Registry applications for registration

  • Managing commercial property searches

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Secretarial experience in commercial property

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A proactive, dedicated, and self-motivated approach

  • A desire to grow their career within the firm
