Do you have commercial Property Experience?
I am seeking an experienced Secretary to join a dynamic team, which operates across the UK from their four regional offices. This role will be based in the clients York office.
You will be part of a team who provides a wide range of commercial property services on both a regional and national scale. With work spanning from handling large-scale, multi-party transactions to offering contractual advice to tenants and landlords. You will be part of a dedicated team of trusted advisors in a fast-paced and varied role, supporting legal advisors across a diverse portfolio of matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening files and conducting AML checks
Producing documents, bills, and completion statements
Handling correspondence
Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
Submitting Land Registry applications for registration
Managing commercial property searches
The ideal candidate will have:
Secretarial experience in commercial property
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, dedicated, and self-motivated approach
A desire to grow their career within the firm
